Garlic Tomato Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped basil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 loaf unsliced French bread
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Shake well. Add tomatoes and cheese. Toss gently. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bring to room temperature to serve. Cut bread into 24 slices. Toast. Top with tomato mixture.
