Shrimp In Spicy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (500 g.) fresh shrimp or prawns
    2 Tbsp. cornflour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger root, crushed
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Shell, devein, rinse and pat dry the shrimp or prawns. Lightly coat them in the cornflour and set aside.
    Combine wine vinegar, salt, sugar and soy sauce.
    Heat oil and stir-fry shrimp/prawns quickly for about 2 minutes.
    Add the garlic, ginger and spring onions and stir-fry for a further minute, then add the vinegar mixture.
    Mix well; stir until the sauce bubbles.
    Serve very hot.
