Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
??? c. shortening
2 c. warm water
4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation

Put yeast in one cup warm water to dissolve.
To other cup water, add sugar and shortening.
Add water with yeast and gradually add flour.
Let rise in warm place.
Turn out on floured board and knead.
Cut with glass or cutter into small rolls. Place in buttered pan to rise.
Cook at 350\u00b0.
Before rolls are completely done, brush tops with butter and let brown.
Makes approximately 36.
