Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 pieces vanilla caramels
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pie shell
Preparation

Melt caramels in water with margarine over low heat.
Stir until smooth.
Combine sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs.
Gradually add caramel mixture, mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
