Easy Quick Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
    1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    small amount garlic powder
Preparation
    Place roast in a large piece of foil on cookie sheet.
    Pour soup over roast; seal completely.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Good Sunday dinner.
    Can cook while at church.
