Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut 1/4 slices
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. instant rice
    1 tsp. seasoned garlic salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling salted water until barely tender. Drain well.
    Saute beef with onion until meat is lightly browned. Add rice and seasonings.
    Place 1/2 of zucchini on bottom of 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with meat.
    Add remaining zucchini, then soup.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
