Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. rice
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    3 to 4 Tbsp. or cubes chicken bouillon
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute rice in oil until light brown.
    Add onion and saute a few minutes more.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir and boil 3 minutes.
    Turn down heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
