Slow Cooker Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large bell peppers
    2-lbs. lean ground beef or chuck, lightly browned, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. ketchup
    Dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese. Gently pack mixture into peppers which have been capped and seeded. Place in greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 9-10 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours or until done.
