Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    almonds, slivered
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add soup, milk and cheese; heat until cheese is melted.
    Fold in rice and broccoli (thawed enough to pull apart).
