Quick Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Add salt to biscuit mix.
Combine egg and milk.
Add to mixture.
Stir with fork to form soft dough.
Drop on top of boiling soup or stew by tablespoonfuls.
Simmer uncovered about 12 to 15 minutes.
Then cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 1 dozen.
