Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1/4 c. margarine
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, baking cocoa, margarine and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook, uncovered, to 234\u00b0 to 240\u00b0 on candy thermometer, soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla; beat until thickened.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square dish.
Cool.
Cut into squares.

48 servings.
