Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

1 can (#2) Sweet Potatoes
1 can Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 small can Crushed Pineapple
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Chopped Pecans
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat potatoes, thoroughly drain and mash. Add pineapple, butter, sugar, pecans, nutmeg, cinnamon and 1/2 c. marshmallows.
Mix thoroughly and pour into baking dish or casserole dish.
Top with remaining marshmallows.
Bake for 15 minutes or until marshmallows start to brown.
