Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
12 to 16 oz. sliced or grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place cooked potatoes in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine tomatoes, soup and oregano.
Pour over potatoes.
Top with pepperoni slices or browned hamburger and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
