Baby Beets In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. minced green onion
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
2 1/2 c. cooked beets, drained

Preparation

Combine ingredients except beets.
Mix well and add sauce to beets slowly.
Stir to coat.
Serves 4 or 5.
