Hamburg Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburg
    1/4 c. Tender Quick
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. coarse pepper
Preparation
    Mix hamburg and Tender Quick together; refrigerate overnight. Add garlic powder, liquid smoke and pepper.
    Shape into 4 rolls. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours.
