Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water and 1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. coarse salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening, then yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix with a large spoon real good.
    You can pinch off each day just the amount you want.
    It will keep a week to 10 days, covered in refrigerator.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
