Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
3 c. Bisquick
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. drained and pitted sour cherries
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Add cherries.
Fold in. Pour into 11 x 7 x 15-inch oblong baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm with milk and sugar or cold as a snack cake.
