Glazed Pork Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rack pork ribs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. tomato sauce
2/3 c. honey
2/3 c. sherry
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut ribs and place in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Pour off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Bake 1 hour longer until done or tender.
