Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    9-inch baked pastry or crumb shell
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt; stir in milk and heat to boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Stir into hot mixture.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in cream and pour into pie shell.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
