Crab Or Shrimp Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. won ton wrappers
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. cooked shrimp or crab, cut up tiny
    1/2 piece celery, cut up tiny
    oil to deep fry
    1 Tbsp. flour
    water
    sweet and sour sauce
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, shrimp or crab and celery together in a bowl.
    Mix flour with a little water to make paste.
    Heat up 3-inches of oil in a deep pan.
    Put one teaspoon of cheese mixture in the center of one won ton wrapper.
    Use the paste to glue it together like a pillow with wings.
    Deep fry each rangoon until golden.
    They only cook a short time, once the oil is hot.
    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
