Chinese Chicken Wings(For Appetizers Or Meals) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Disjoint chicken wings, discarding tip ends.
    Stir together the soy sauce, vinegar, sugars, ginger and garlic for marinade. Place in bowl; cover and marinate at least 2 hours or best overnight.
    To cook, place in 13 x 9-inch oblong pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 to 12 appetizers.
