Tater Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 to 1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 slices bread
    instant potato flakes
    margarine or butter
Preparation
    Beat together milk, eggs and salt.
    Dip bread in mixture. Dredge in potato flakes.
    Fry in hot, well buttered pan; turn once.
    Good with salad!
