Meatless Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder and oregano. Slice zucchini in 1/4-inch slices and fry on both sides until brown.
    Spread 1/3 of sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer with 1/2 of zucchini, 1/2 of cottage cheese mix and 1/3 of Cheddar cheese.
    Continue with 1/3 of sauce, 1/2 of zucchini, 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/3 of Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
