Skillet Fruit Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. stale bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. honey
    2 c. thinly sliced fruit (peaches, apples, whole berries)
    heavy cream
Preparation
    Brown bread cubes in butter.
    Add honey and fruit.
    Cover; cook until fruit is tender, about 8 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold with cream.
    Serves 4.
