Spicy Cranberry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork loin or sirloin chops (1/4-inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. dark seedless raisins
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
    Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish; cover with plastic wrap (do not vent). Cook at Medium-low (30% power) for 16 minutes, turning chops over and rotating dish half turn after 10 minutes.
