Glazed Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
prebaked pie crust
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
few drops red food coloring (optional)
whipped cream

Preparation

Arrange strawberries on top of baked pie crust.
In saucepan, mix water, cornstarch and sugar.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O and red food coloring. Cool 5 minutes; pour over berries in shell.
Serve with whipped cream.
