Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Clean and chop broccoli; cook and set aside.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add broccoli and rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prebuttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
