Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw carrot
    1 1/2 c. nuts, crushed
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. liquid cooking oil
    1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
