Bacon Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Line 12 muffin cups with papers.
Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon just until moistened.
Batter will be lumpy. Fold in cheese and bacon.
Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes, at 400\u00b0.
