Smashing Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini (about 3 medium)
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) bag stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Butter a large casserole dish.
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Melt butter.
    Add half the bag of stuffing.
    Add soup, sour cream, vegetables and squash; put into the casserole.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
