Pork Chops And Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick cut pork chops
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
    1 pkg. Lipton beef and onion soup mix
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Brown pork chops lightly.
    Wash rice. Drain and put in 2-quart casserole.
    Prepare 1 package Lipton soup mix according to instructions.
    Add bouillon cube to soup mix and pour mixture over rice.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    (Helps to stir once during baking.)
