Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. apple jelly
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place chops in baking dish.
    Combine jelly, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic.
    Pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove chops.
    Combine cornstarch and water.
    Stir into pan juices.
    Cook over low heat until it thickens.
    Serve over pork chops with rice. Serves 6.
