Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    pastry (for two 9-inch pies)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oleo until light.
    Add vanilla and buttermilk.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes more or until firm in the middle.
