Broccoli Rice Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant rice (Minute)
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Prepare two cups of instant rice (Minute) as described on box. After done, add 1/2 stick of oleo or butter.
    Place in casserole, around sides.
    Prepare chopped broccoli and drain well.
    Mix Cheez Whiz and cream of celery soup (undiluted) and heat until warm. Place broccoli inside of rice ring and pour cheese soup mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
    Makes a large casserole, which is excellent.
