Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. sour cream
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute beef and onions in butter until brown.
    Add flour and seasonings.
    Cook five minutes.
    Add soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve over warm noodles.
