Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 oz. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced bell peppers
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 small can mushrooms, undrained
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine margarine, onions and bell peppers.
    Saute until tender and add cream cheese, mushroom soup and chicken soup.
    Cook over low heat until well blended and saucy.
    Add pimento, mushrooms, chicken and wine. Blend well.
    This may be frozen.
    Serves 8 to 10.
