Big Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. light brown corn syrup
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over top of corn.
    Mix well.
    Turn on cookie sheet, pressing down.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Break up and store in tightly covered container.
