Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. American cheese, diced
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Prepare cream sauce with butter and flour; slowly add milk, salt and cheese.
Saute celery, onion and carrots in butter.
Cook until crunchy, but not soft.
Add chicken broth.
Combine with cream sauce.
Cook until well blended.
Can be frozen.
