Baked Rutabaga - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium or large rutabaga
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
dash black pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Wash rutabaga, peel and cut up in small pieces.
Boil in small amount of water until tender.
Put in blender all remaining ingredients.
Blend and then gradually add cooked rutabaga.
Blend until smooth.
