Cinnamon Plate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. hot scalded milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine yeast and warm water.
Stir and set aside.
Combine milk, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and stir to melt butter. Cool to lukewarm.
Stir in yeast mixture.
Add flour gradually to form a stiff dough.
Knead to smooth.
Put in greased bowl, cover and raise 1 hour.
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and brown sugar with chopped nuts.
Pinch off pieces of risen dough.
Roll into strips in palms of hands, dip the strips into the butter, then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Wind into
flat coil on a greased pizza pan.
Let raise 45 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze.
