Jello Rainbow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix and bake two 8 or 9-inch layers from white cake mix, using directions on box.
    Put cake layers in clean cake pans.
    Put a bunch of holes in cake with a pencil (eraser end).
    Mix together Jell-O and water; pour evenly over cake.
    You may use different flavors for each layer.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Cool until firm. Frost with Cool Whip and serve.
