Guiltless Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/4 c. canola oil
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 c. sugar (can substitute 1/4 Sprinkle Sweet and 1/4 sugar)
2 eggs
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine cocoa powder, oil and bananas in food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth. Combine sugar, eggs, flour and pureed cocoa mixture in a mixing bowl and beat until blended. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. Makes 24 brownies.
