Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick margarine
1 to 2 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
1 pkg. (16 slices) American cheese
1 bag bread
Preparation

Melt 1/2 stick margarine in 9 x 11-inch or 10 x 13-inch pan. Layer trimmed pieces bread in pan.
Place 1 slice American cheese on bread.
Layer 1 to 2 pounds fried sausage, bacon or ham on top of cheese.
Repeat layer of bread.
Repeat layer of cheese.
Repeat layer of meat.
(For all layers use same amount as first layer.) Pour beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper over layer of meat. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
