Spicy Glazed Pecans(Sweet, Salty, Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spread a 24 x 12-inch sheet of aluminum foil on flat surface. Coat lightly with vegetable oil.
    Combine sugar, butter, pepper and water in saucepan over medium-low heat.
    When butter has melted, add pecans.
    Continue to cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour pecan mixture over prepared foil.
    Quickly spread mixture out, separating pecans.
    Sprinkle with salt; let cool 30 minutes.
    Glazed pecans can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
