Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    3 green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. stuffed green olives
    26 oz. jar artichoke hearts (two 12 oz. cans)
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed and cool.
    Mix everything together. Chill.
    Makes 8 servings.
