Hot Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice (uncooked), not instant
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 to 4 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
    1 jar mushrooms with juice, sliced
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onions, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper in butter.
    Add rice, chicken broth, salt and mushrooms. Cover and simmer until liquid disappears.
