Blueberry Muffins(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 egg white
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Mix applesauce, sugar, orange juice and egg together.
    Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Mix well, then add wheat germ and grated orange peel and stir.
    Add blueberries last.
    Mix lightly.
    Use muffin liners or sprayed muffin pans with Pam. Place muffin mix in each one, filling to half.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
