Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 (23 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 large can diced tomatoes
Preparation
    In large pan, brown ground beef and onion.
    Add chili powder and garlic powder.
    Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Add kidney beans and diced tomatoes.
    Simmer until all ingredients are hot and serve with shredded cheese and crackers.
