Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place frozen potatoes in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes.
