Dottie'S Dinner Under A Dollar Per Serving - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage (I use seasoned; seasoned deer sausage would be excellent)
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
    4 c. (3/4-inch) bread cubes (French bread or any bread crumbs)
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage (I use a little more sausage sometimes).
    Add vegetables; continue cooking 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Set aside to cool about 10 minutes.
    Stir together sausage mixture, Velveeta cheese and bread cubes.
    Place in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Beat milk and eggs.
    Pour over sausage mixture.
    Cover; refrigerate several hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover; bake 50 to 55 minutes, until golden brown.
